Related Services for Students with Special Needs

For this activity, I was paired with Dhiksha and Amber. We discussed Physical and Occupational Therapy. 

We discussed our information in the group call and submitted a few quick points we researched in the time allotted.

I understand the reasons why students with difficulties related to disabilities or disorders receive speech therapy. I am curious as to what types of speech therapy language learners receive. Are there specific types of therapy available for them when their difficulties are not related to a specific disorder preventing their ability to communicate?

Are there other types of service providers other than a speech pathologist who can assist learners with speech therapy?
