Building a Positive Climate and Culture

Submission

For this submission and my overall environment plan, I will be working with the core subject being English, Early Childhood and include adjustments for Special Education where possible. Although I don't have access to real-world diagnoses for my students, many of the interventions for language-based learning difficulties are quite helpful for ELLs as well. So I would definitely apply them where suitable. 
I worked with Rossany to complete the classroom climate spreadsheet. This collaboration provided a lot of useful information for reference. I included a reflection section to the spreadsheet as well to add to the overall document.

I included the cohort docs in the submission as well after adding contributions to them.
