Planning for Leadership and Collaboration

My school has been talking about teachers sharing their ideas and methods but struggling to implement this in a meaningful way. I discussed my idea with my co-teachers and listened to their complaints on the current process. Using this as a foundation, I created my proposal.
I haven't received feedback from my mentor at the time of submission, but my direct manager has arranged a meeting to discuss implementing the idea.
