Creating a student support plan

For this activity, I decided to take influences from two case studies I have worked on prior. I tried to adjust the provided accommodations in a way that would be suitable for this student accordingly. 

I have looked at a few different accommodation plans at this point, and I still feel a bit unconfident in the results I have achieved, so I will continue looking into this to fine-tune it.
