Students with Learning Difficulties
Question Line
For this project, I created a live survey with the questions. Then, I sent this out to various teachers groups, posted it on the Moreland forum and shared it with my coworkers. Finally, I summarized the data and posted it to the discussion forum.
As an interesting addition to the summary, I used a word cloud generator on the full responses to create a keyword marker for the responses. I think it looks pretty cool.

I outlined the special education referral and accommodation process within my own school; this information was collected in an earlier assignment where I interviewed my school administrators. I then added an outline of how I would like to modify the current process. Ideally, a different approach like we see in the US would be preferred, but that isn't likely soon.

I shared the survey link on Moreland Community and Chinese teacher forums for the interviews to get more data.
To receive some more informed responses, I also asked three special education teachers in South Africa to complete the questions. This proved helpful as one even included citations to their responses.
